Fempreneur Focus began, like so many great ventures, over conversations between two women who saw a gap — and decided to build a bridge.
I’m Nuria McGrath, co-founder of this space and a lifelong believer in the power of women-led businesses. My own journey has taken me from early days in corporate life to the joyful, chaotic, and deeply fulfilling work of helping women+ entrepreneurs thrive. Along the way, I’ve mentored dozens of women growing their businesses, wrestled with the same challenges many of you face, and celebrated the wins — big and small — that make the hustle worth it.
My co-founder, Jas Darland, and I first crossed paths early in our careers. We reconnected years later over a shared passion for creating spaces where women are not just included, but centered. Our experiences — in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and building brands with heart — led us to dream up Fempreneur Focus: a dedicated home for stories, tools, and conversations that empower women+ entrepreneurs to rise on their own terms.
